This idea about letting go of a perceived reality, media-based fear reality, is a priority in finding true peace, success, and joy in my life. Letting go of the repeated 60-70,000 thoughts I have in my head every day that are the same as they were yesterday and begin to be conscious about what I am thinking creates the ability to become who I want to be and how I want to feel.
Identify those thoughts. Realize what voices are going on in my head. I’m suddenly hearing them and know what I need to say back, what reality I want to focus on to create my authentic happy side. To be the person that I know is within me and comes through in everything else I do and those I come into contact with. #ThinkGoodThoughts
It took having a bit of an anxiety crisis in my own head over Facebook posts, impending world gloom, GMO fear, stories of Japan and radiation. That list goes on. I contacted Roxanne.
Through just one session with her I was able to realize my little kid was talking. Really loud. Stomping her feet. Pissed, because this isn’t the way I want to feel. But I feel like it’s being imposed on me, just like it was when I was a little kid. It was a correlation between an alcoholic father and worry about the world around me.
My conversation with Roxanne went a lot of places but what I was left with was realizations. Things I had been harboring for years and pretending I’d done a lot of work on. I had never identified them before. I could recite all the affirmations I wanted to, but the simple act of knowing what I was believing in my head and what I have the choice to believe in my head was huge.
There’s an infinity of good out there and those are the waves my mind wants to ride on. Sometimes its harder to stay on the wave than others, but the good vibrations are the ones I’m focusing on now.
I curated my new stream and focused on creating more good thoughts every single day. It does make a difference.
It was exactly what I needed. Mahalo Roxanne.
